400 grams white Beans 9canned)
300 grams Tuna (canned, in water)
400 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 red Bell pepper
1 red onion
4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
½ tsp sugar
salt
6 Tbsps grapeseed oil
freshly ground peppers
fresh Fresh herbs (for garnishing. such as rosemary, thyme, parsley)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain canned beans and tuna, rinse beans. Rinse, dry and halve tomatoes. Rinse bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into very thin strips. Peel onion and cut into rings. Place vegetables in a bowl and crumble tune on top.

2.

Combine balsamic vinegar with oil, season with sugar, pepper and salt. Drizzle dressing over salad and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve.
