Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes, peel, cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes and cook in salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes until soft. Meanwhile, rinse beans and blanch for 2 minutes in salted boiling water. Remove, rinse in cold water and drain. Peel garlic and onion and cut into small cubes. Cut cheese into thin strips.

Drain potatoes, let excess water evaporate and fry until golden brown on all sides in a pan with melted butter. In another pan, heat oil and saute garlic and onions for 1-2 minutes, or until translucent. Add beans, cranberries and cheese. Stir and cook briefly. Place on a warm plate with fried potatoes and serve garnished with parsley leaves.
