250 grams Morel
8 Beef fillet (each about 80 grams)
8 slices Bacon
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp pink peppercorns
150 milliliters dry white wine
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse herbs, shake dry and pluck off sage leaves. Clean mushrooms well and halve lengthwise, if necessary. Rinse meat, pat dry and wrap each with a slice of bacon, tie with kitchen string.

2.

Heat butter and oil in pan. Cook meat with rosemary sprig for about 3-4 minutes per side. Add morels and saute for about 2-3 minutes. Add peppercorns and deglaze pan with wine. Sprinkle sage over and season with salt. 

3.

Serve rustic-style in a pan.
