4 onions
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
750 milliliters Beef broth
2 green Bell pepper
2 Tomatoes
½ tsp ground cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beef, pat dry and cut into bite-size cubes. Peel onions and garlic. Chop garlic finely and cut onion into strips.

2.

Heat oil in a saucepan. Add meat and sear on all sides while stirring. Add onions and fry briefly. Add garlic, mix and cover with broth. Partially cover the saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Every now and then stir and add broth as needed.

3.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and chop. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into cubes. Add bell peppers, tomatoes and ground coriander to the saucepan, mix and simmer for another 30 minutes.

4.

Serve garnished with cilantro.
