- 1 large ripe Peach
- 7 ozs Blackberry (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup mineral water (chilled)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Blender, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peach, pat dry, cut in half and remove pit. Cut into quarters. Reserve 2-3 thin slices from 1 quarter for garnish. Rinse fresh berries, if using, and drain.

Dice remaining peach quarters and puree with the berries in a blender.
3.
Pour the puree into a serving glass and top with mineral water. Garnish with peach slices and serve immediately.
