- 100 grams Blue cheese
- 4 Tbsps milk
- 1 Pear
- 50 grams chopped Walnut
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Mix the cream cheese with the blue cheese and the milk.

Peel and quarter the pear. Remove the core, finely dice, and mix into the cream cheese mixture. Mix the walnuts into the cream cheese mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
