- For the topping
- 4 slices white bread (about 60 grams)
- 8 Radish
- For the herb cream
- 200 grams Quark
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps chopped parsley
- salt
- white peppers
Preparation steps

For the topping, rinse and trim the radishes and cut into thin slices.

For the herb cream, combine the quark with the cream, lemon juice and parsley and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
To serve, spread the bread slices with some herb cream and distribute the lettuce leaves and radish slices on top.
Serve garnished with herb cream and cress.
