2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tomatoes
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Debone fish fillets, rinse and pat dry, cut into serving portions. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place on a greased medium-hot grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side.

2.

Rinse and quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into cubes, season with vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine with chives.

3.

Arrange fish fillets with tomato salsa and lemon slices on plates. Serve.
