1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
5 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Blanch the beans in salted water for 6-8 minutes, rinse cold, peel if desired and allow to drain. Cut the cheese into small cubes.

For the dressing, peel and crush the garlic. Combine with the vinegar, lemon juice and oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well with a hand mixer.

3.

Arrange the lettuce on plates along with the beans and cheese and drizzle with the dressing. Serve garnished with savory.
