150 milliliters Orange juice
150 milliliters Apple juice
40 grams Dried Fruit (to taste, chopped, such as apricots and raisins)
2 tart Apple
2 Pear
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Peach
2 Tbsps butter
3 Tbsps brown sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Mix oats with juice and dried fruit.

Rinse one of the apples and both pears. Cut into quarters, remove cores, coarsely grate, and mix with yogurt and oats.

Rinse remaining apple and peach. Cut both in half, remove core or pit and thinly slice.

4.

Divide oat and yogurt mixture (muesli) among ovenproof ramekins. Top with apple and peach slices, dot with butter, and sprinkle with sugar. Broil, watching carefully, until golden-brown, 4-5 minutes.
