3 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa content)
3 Banana
7 ozs Buttermilk
3 ozs Yogurt (3.5% fat)
3 eggs
3 Tbsps Canola oil
4 ozs Oatmeal
7 Tbsps Spelt flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp Raw cane sugar
6 ozs Strawberries
2 handfuls Blueberries

1 Pot, 15 Wooden skewers, 1 Knife, 1 Non-stick pan

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Peel bananas, cut them into slices, pull them through the chocolate and let them dry on a baking paper.

Mix buttermilk, yogurt, eggs, and 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Add the oatmeal into another bowl with flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar and mix. Add liquid ingredients and work into a smooth dough. Let rest for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime clean, wash and slice the strawberries. Sort the blueberries, wash and pat dry.

4.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry small pancakes of 1 teaspoon each at medium heat.

5.

Arrange the skewers, first skewer a blueberry, then a slice of strawberry, a pancake, a chocolate banana and a pancake.
