100 grams Gouda
100 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage in half and rinse well. Blanch in boiling salt water with the nutmeg for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the water and drain well.

Grease a large baking dish with butter. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Rub the cheese. Place the cabbage halves into the baking dish. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts and cheese. Season the cream with salt and pepper. Pour the cream over the cabbage. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F), until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
