- 4 slices Toast
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp grated Lemon peel
- fresh cracked peppers
- 6 medium sized Strawberries
- 80 grams Double cream
- 80 grams Caviar
Preparation steps
1.
Cut toast slices into quarters and cook in a pan in hot olive oil until crispy. Mix cracked pepper with lemon peel to taste. Rinse strawberries, pat dry and cut in half. Coat with the pepper/lemon peel mixture.
2.
Sprinkle the toast quarters with double cream, place a small amount of caviar on the toast and place strawberries on top.
