- 3 Tbsps Oil
- 32 ozs braising Beef (cut into cubes)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 tsps paprika
- 4 carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 2 potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 2 Tbsps flour
- 3 Tbsps tomato puree
- 2 cups Beef stock
- green String bean (to serve)
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the meat on all sides.

Add the onions and garlic, coat them in the oil then add the paprika, carrots and potatoes.
3.
Sprinkle over the flour, stir well then add the tomato puree and the stock and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then turn the heat down very low and simmer for 1 1/4 hours, stirring from time to time, or until the meat is very tender.
4.
Serve with the green beans.
