Preparation steps

1.

For the meat, arrange Serrano ham and chorizo decoratively on a plate.

For the shrimp, rinse about 6 king prawns and pat dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Fry shrimp on both sides in hot oil for about 4 minutes. Add garlic and fry for 1 additional minute. Arrange on plate and serve with green olives stuffed with chile peppers.
