2 jars Sour cherry (each around 350 grams) (approximately 12 ounces)
1 Tbsp butter (for greasing)
200 grams Pastry flour
150 grams softened butter
75 grams sugar
2 tsps cocoa powder
½ bowl organic Oranges

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the cherries. Grease a baking dish with butter and fill with the cherries.

For the streusel: Mix the flour, butter and sugar in a bowl until crumbly. Divide into 2 portions. Mix the cocoa powder into 1 portion and the orange zest into the other portion.

3.

Crumble the chocolate and orange streusel over the cherries and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 3-4, convection oven: 180°C) (approximately 400°F) for 20-25 minutes.
