- 4 ozs sweet Cherries
- 2 Tbsps 7-grain cereal flakes (about 20 grams)
- 2 tsps Canola oil

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Cherry pitter (or small knife), 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cherries, drain and pit.

Bring cereal and 125 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of water to a boil in a pot over low heat, stirring. Continue to cook until very soft, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes.
3.
Add cherries to the porridge, coarsely chop with an immersion blender and bring back to a boil. Stir in the oil. Let cool before feeding.
