- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Limes
- 12 Wooden skewers
Preparation steps

Soak wooden skewers in water about 30 minutes.

Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse limes with hot water and cut into eighths. Thread chicken cubes and lime pieces alternately onto skewers. Place on a hot grill and cook about 7 minutes.
