2 Chicken breasts (from corn-fed chicken)

1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
100 grams Lettuce
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
pickled Beets (few slices)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry chicken, season with salt and pepper. Heat butter and oil in a pan and cook chicken for 5 minutes per side. Add nuts and saute together briefly.  

2.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce. Whisk vinegar with oil, season with salt and pepper.

3.

Arrange chicken breasts with walnuts, lettuce and beet slices on plates and drizzle with vinaigrette. Serve.
