- 4 scallions (finely chopped)
- 2 cooked Chicken breasts (or left over roast chicken)
- 4 Pita bread
- 8 Lettuce (torn)
- 2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
- paprika
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Meat mallet oder Stieltopf, 1 Brush, 4 Metal skewers oder Holz, 1 Aluminum pan
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the mayonnaise with the spring onions and chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Slit open the pitta breads and stuff with the lettuce, chicken mayonnaise and walnuts.
3.
Sprinkle with the paprika and chopped parsley.
