1 tsp Barbecue seasoning
For the salad
2 ½ cups Arugula
4 Oranges (peeled and segmented)
8 Radish (thinly sliced)
0.333 cup black Olives
salt

4 Tbsps Orange juice
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil

1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler

Preparation steps

1.
Wash the chicken drumsticks, pat dry and put into a bowl with the oil, mustard, honey and barbecue seasoning. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Grill the chicken on all sides on a hot barbecue for about 15 minutes, until golden brown, brushing frequently with the marinade.
3.
Meanwhile wash and sort the rocket and shake dry. Mix the rocket with the orange segments, radishes and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Add the orange juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and mix briefly. Serve the chicken drumsticks on plates with the salad.
