Ingredients
- For the filling
- 400 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small Braised Cucumber
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 pinch powdered Broth
- ½ tsp cornstarch
- salt
- peppers
- To assemble
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 4 Tortillas
Preparation steps
For the filling, cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Remove the garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel cucumber, halve lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Scoop out the seeds and slice flesh into 3 cm (approximately 1 1/4-inch) long strips. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic cubes with the cucumber strips. Pour in cream and add the chicken strips.
Simmer about 5 minutes. Season with powdered broth. Stir the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water until smooth and mix into the filling. Bring to a brief boil and season with salt and pepper.
To assemble, mix sesame seeds with the filling. Warm tortillas according to package instructions and spread with the filling. Roll tortillas tightly and serve.
