- 250 grams butter
- 200 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsps white Rum
- 400 grams Pastry flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 50 grams cornstarch
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 125 grams Poppy seed filling
- 2 Tbsps Orange liqueur
- 4 Tbsps cocoa powder
- for the garnish
- 100 grams Chocolate cake
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F).

Grease a bundt cake pan. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the rum. Mix the flour and baking powder into the butter mixture. Mix in the cornstarch and yogurt. Remove 1/2 of the dough and mix in the poppy back. Mix the orange liqueur and cocoa powder into the other half.
Pour the half with the cocoa powder into the pan. Cover with the remaining dough. Bake for about 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil. Let cool and remove from the pan.

Prepare the chocolate icing according to the package instructions. Pour over the cake. Allow the icing to solidify and serve the cake with coffee.
