400 grams Dark couverture chocolate
60 grams Coconut oil
100 grams Crème fraiche
80 grams Shredded coconut
60 grams raisins
150 grams Cookie (such as Butter cookies)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the chocolate coarsely and combine with the coconut oil and fresh cream. Melt the mixture, stirring throughout. Remove from the heat, mix in the grated coconut and raisins and let cool slightly. Coarsely crumble the cookies and mix into the cooled chocolate mixture.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the chocolate mixture into the pan. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it onto the dark chocolate mixture in the pan, then marble with a wooden spoon. Chill for at least 2 hours.

3.

Remove from pan, cut into pieces and serve.
