- 3 ozs Dark chocolate
- 2 ozs Shelled peanut (unsalted)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 small Lime
- 4 Baby bananas

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 4 Wooden skewers, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Pot, 1 Non-stick pan
Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop chocolate and place in a bowl. Melt over a simmering pot of water or in a microwave oven.

Using a large knife, finely chop peanuts. In a non-stick pan, sauté peanuts with oil until the nuts turn golden brown. Allow to cool.
3.
Meanwhile, cut lime in half and squeeze juice.
4.
Peel bananas, coat with lime juice and put onto skewers.
5.
Dip bananas halfway into the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with peanuts. Allow chocolate to solidify before serving.
