5 sheets gelatin
100 grams Dark chocolate
500 milliliters
1 Tbsp honey
40 grams chopped almonds
100 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Oranges

Preparation steps

1.

Soak gelatin in cold water.

Chop chocolate and place in a bowl. Boil milk with honey and almonds in a saucepan and pour over chocolate while stirring to melt.

Whip heavy cream.

Squeeze excess water out of gelatin and stir into chocolate mixture. Stir over a cold water bath until mixture starts to gel. Fold in whipped heavy cream and place mixture into 4 cold ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

5.

Meanwhile, peel oranges and seperate into segments. Remove pudding from ramekins and place onto dessert plates. Top with orange segments and serve.
