1 pinch salt
7 ozs Nut (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
6 ozs dried and pitted Date
7 ozs Almond milk or other nut milk (e.g. hazelnut milk) or water
3 Tbsps heaping cocoa powder

Preparation steps

1.
Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with 1 pinch of salt until stiff. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper.

Finely grind the nuts in a food processor or mixer. Add dates, egg yolks, nut milk and cocoa and puree everything into a creamy mass.

3.

Pour the cocoa mixture into a bowl and fold in the egg white. Pour into the springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for approx. 50 minutes.
