1 ¾ ozs mixed Berry
1 bunch mint

1 Tartlet mold (approx. 9-10 inches long, alternatively a loaf pan)

Preparation steps

1.

Separate eggs and beat yolks until foamy.

2.

Chop chocolate and melt in a water bath or in intervals in the microwave. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff.

3.

Allow melted chocolate to cool briefly and mix with egg yolk.

4.

Then carefully fold the chocolate mixture into the beaten egg white.

5.

Pour the dough into a greased tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for 25 minutes.

6.

Remove the chocolate tart from the oven, cool well, and garnish with fresh berries and some mint.
