1 Avocado (peeled and diced)
4 ripe Tomatoes (diced)
1 chili pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)
cilantro (chopped)
3 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)

2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 small Red onion (chopped)
3 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Preparation steps

Stir together the mango, avocado, tomatoes, chilli, coriander and garlic in a large bowl.
