Limes (juiced from one lime)

Preparation steps

1.
Cut four long strips of peel from the oranges, twist them into spirals around the handle of a wooden spoon and set aside for the garnish.
2.
Juice the oranges and place the juice in a blender with the chopped papaya and lime juice. Blend until smooth then pass through a fine sieve.
3.
Pour into glasses over ice and serve garnished with the orange peel spirals and mint leaves.
