3 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim both varieties of cabbage. Remove the hard stalk, and cut into strips. Peel and julienne the carrot. Peel and quarter the apple. Remove the core, and coarsely grate. 

2.

Mix the cabbage with the carrot, apple, oil, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Serve the coleslaw in small bowls.
