Preparation steps

1.

Rinse both types of cabbage, remove the stalk, and thinly slice or shave.

2.

Peel the carrot. Peel the apple, remove the core, and then finely grate both the carrot and apple.

3.

Mix the mayonnaise with the creme fraiche, mustard powder, vinegar, and raisins. Season to taste with salt and sugar. Mix with the cabbage, carrot, and apple. Let everything meld together for at least 15 minutes before serving.
