Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and chop very finely. Rinse the radishes and cut into slices. Mix the cottage cheese with the orange juice, the diced peppers, and the chives.

Season with salt and pepper and spread onto the crispbread slices. Serve garnished with radish slices and chives.
