9 ozs Puff pastry
½ cup Pork rind (chopped)
½ cup Pine nuts
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsps butter (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 220°C (200°C in a fan oven), 425°F, gas 7 and line a tart dish with baking paper.
2.
Place the puff pastry sheets in the dish and pierce with a fork. Sprinkle the pork rinds, pine nuts, sugar and butter on top and bake for around 25 minutes.
3.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool and slice.
