Preparation steps

Peel the apple, quarter, remove the cores and cut into small cubes. Rinse the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Cut about half into small cubes, cut the rest into sticks for dipping. Stir the yogurt with the quark, honey and lemon juice until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Add the apple and diced cucumber and spoon into glasses. Garnish with dill. Serve with the cucumber sticks or other vegetables for dipping.
