½ tsp ground Caraway
½ tsp ground cilantro

Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Cut into 0.5 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick slices. Mix the cucumber with the yogurt, mint, and the parsley. Add the caraway seed and coriander, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Let infuse for at least 1 hour.
