Preparation steps

1.

Wash chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan. Fry chicken pieces in it for 2 minutes over medium heat, turning. Add 1 Tbsp soy sauce and honey and cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate and let cool.

2.

Put vermicelli in a bowl and pour very hot water over it. Leave to soak for 7-10 minutes. Drain, drain well and cut into small pieces with scissors.

3.

While the vermicelli is soaking, peel the carrot and cut into very fine strips. Wash, clean and finely slice the spring onions. Wash lettuce leaves and spin dry.

4.

Mix noodles with chicken meat, carrot and green onions. Fill lettuce leaves in the middle with the prepared ingredients and roll up tightly.

5.

Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Mix ginger, garlic, remaining oil, remaining soy sauce, honey with lime juice, turmeric and chili to a sauce and serve with the rolls.
