1 Red onion
1 Red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
2 Tbsps Sprout (such as radish sprouts)
6 ozs Chicken breasts
1 tsp Coconut oil
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry the lettuce. Peel, halve and cut the onion into thin strips. Rinse bell peppers, halve, remove seeds and ribs and dice. Rinse and drain sprouts.

Rinse chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into small pieces.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan over high heat and saute the chicken for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Add the diced bell peppers and onion strips to the pan with the chicken drippings and saute for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. Stir in the sprouts and saute for another 1 to 2 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan and saute for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Spread the lettuce leaves on a work surface. Top each with the chicken mixture. Roll up and serve in glasses.
