2 handfuls lamb's lettuce
1 Endive
2 smoked trout
1 Red onion
2 button Mushroom
1 Tbsp Red peppercorns
1 tsp hot Mustard
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps White vinegar
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce. 

2.

Rinse endive and cut off the bottom, separate leaves. Arrange lettuce and endive decoratively on plates. 

3.

Peel onion and slice thinly. Clean mushrooms and slice thinly. Arrange both in the middle of salad. Arrange trout pieces decoratively on top and sprinkle with peppercorns.

4.

Whisk vinegar with oil and mustard and season with salt, sugar and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
