- 250 grams mixed Lettuce
- ½ bunch Radish
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 4 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 1 handful Cress
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce leaves, separate the leaves and spin dry.

Rinse and halve the radishes
3.
Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, syrup, salt and pepper, and oil.
4.
Toss together the lettuce leaves, radish and sprouts mix with the salad dressing and serve in bowls.
