- For the beef
- 1 l Beef broth
- 500 grams Beef tip
- 1 bunch Radish
- 3 shallots
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 pc fresh Horseradish
- For the marinade
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- parsley (to sprinkle)
Preparation steps
1.
For the beef, boil the beef broth in a pot, put the meat in it and leave covered until done over low heat for about 1 hour. Then let it cool in the broth.

Rinse, trim and slice the radishes.
3.
Peel the shallot and cut into thin rings.
4.
Cut the meat into long, thin strips about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch).
5.
Peel the horseradish and coarsely grate.
6.
Add the vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Mix all ingredients together for the marinade.
8.
Arrange the radish beef salad on plates.
9.
Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle on the salad.
