Nutritional values

Watermelon, cucumber and tomato are rich in water and therefore low in calories. Nevertheless, they are satisfying because they fill the stomach. Ideal for hot days. Radishes are also beneficial for the slim line and the allyl legume oils contained have a positive effect on digestion.

A fresh wholemeal flat bread tastes wonderful with the salad and is a great side dish for the next barbecue. It can be prepared well and taken to the office the next day, for example.
