- 3 tsps green peppercorns (from a jar, drained)
- 2 scallions
- 2 Tbsps Walnut
- 4 ozs Feta
- 9 ozs low fat Sour cream
- 6 Tbsps

Preparation steps
Crush the peppercorns with the side of a large knife, then chop coarsely and place in a bowl.
Rinse and dry scallions, then cut into thin rings.
Chop walnuts finely and add to bowl with about 2/3 scallions.
Crumble feta cheese fine.
Add feta cheese, sour cream, and milk to bowl and stir until dip is smooth. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the remaining scallions, and serve.
