2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 430°F). Brush four small ovenproof ramekins with the oil, then place in the oven to preheat. 

2.

Cut the figs into thirds, then place into the ramekins. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese, and sprinkle over the figs. Place on the top rack in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Mix the honey with the vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove the figs from the oven. Drizzle with the sauce and serve immediately.
