- 3.333 cups Fish (e. g. haddock, cod, chopped)
- 1 shallot (diced)
- 2 eggs
- 5 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 2 tsps Horseradish
- 2 handfuls parsley (chopped)
- 9 cups Green beans
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Cucumber (halved lengthways, seeds scrapped out, grated)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Mix together the fish, shallot, eggs, breadcrumbs, horseradish and half the parsley and season with salt and ground black pepper to form a pliable mixture. If necessary add more breadcrumbs. Shape into small balls with damp hands and chill.

Cook the beans in boiling salt water for 6-8 minutes until al dente.

Mix together the yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and the remaining parsley and season with salt.

Fry the fish cakes in hot oil on all side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the beans and the dip as well as with lemon wedges.
