- 1 Tbsp chopped Hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Apricot jam
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 slice Whole Wheat Toast
- 2 Tbsps low fat cream cheese

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Knife, 1 small deep bowl, 1 Toaster
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse apple half, cut into quarters and remove seeds.
2.
Coarsely chop one apple quarter, place in a small bowl and mash with an immersion blender.
3.
Stir in hazelnuts, jam and cinnamon.
4.
Spread cream cheese on the toast. Top with the mashed apple and the apricot jam.
5.
Cut the apple quarter into thin slices, place on the toast and serve.
