Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the thyme, shake dry, strip the leaves from the stems and chop.

2.

Whisk the eggs with the milk mix, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix in the thyme.

3.

Melt the butter in a hot pan and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat until the bottom is lightly browned, cover and cook until almost done, and then flip and brown the second side. Remove from pan and cut into pieces.

4.

Mix the vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Distribute the frittata on plates and serve drizzled with the balsamic vinegar dressing.
