- 1 cup Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 1 cup Raspberries
- ⅔ cup Blueberries
- 0.333 cup caster sugar
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 handful black currant
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
Preparation steps

Combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and a couple of tablespoons of water in a saucepan.

Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the fruit is soft and juicy.

Continue to cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently, until the compote breaks down.
4.
Remove from the heat and leave it cool slightly. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
5.
Spoon the yoghurt into small serving glasses and fill the bases with Greek yoghurt.
6.
Top with the berry compote and a garnish of blackcurrants before serving.
