Preparation steps

1.

Boil sugar with 2 tablespoons of water for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lime juice. Allow to cool.

2.

Peel and slice the kiwis. Rinse the raspberries. Rinse the nectarines, halve, remove the pits and cut into wedges. Rinse the lime, pat dry and cut into thin columns.

3.

Arrange the fruit on dessert plates and drizzle with the syrup.
