Preparation steps

1.

Briefly blanch the peaches, rinse in cold water, peel, halve, remove the pits and cut into columns.

Rinse the berries and pat dry. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces. Mix the prepared fruit. Stir the orange juice, honey and cardamom. Mix the juice mixture with the fruit. Pour the fruit salad into a bowl and pour in the buttermilk. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
